The city’s west end will play host to a brand new happening, exclusive to Sunday afternoons.
The Yard Sunday’s promises good vibes, with the feeling of a house party all within the heart of the city for your Sunday afternoon session.
Held within the newly updated Atlantis Bar & Lounge on Waymouth Street, The Yard will present an afternoon of predominately hip-hop and r&b tunes, with a touch of anything, mixed by Dj Young Jeeky and The Yard’s rotating residents Thomas V, Normie B, Areo, Finesse and Windy.
Launching on November 28th, this new venture will be the place to unwind from the week’s stress and wrap up your weekend on a high.
Onsite food trucks will offer up your feed for the evening, whilst you enjoy their selected drink offerings and spinning tunes.
Atlantis Bar & Lounge recently underwent an extensive refurbishment, presenting a breezy new cocktail bar amongst their outdoor courtyard, offering up the perfect location for a Sunday session haven.
The overhaul also includes an entirely new atmosphere – gone is the dark clubbing identity, Atlantis is now a cocktail bar and daytime session hotspot (with a healthy nightlife focus thrown in there too).
Their iconic ‘mermaid’ fish tank remains, with a range of different marine life introduced to the existing schools of fish, creating the perfect chill-out atmosphere for your Sunday afternoon.
