Stand aside MKR and Master Chef; the ultimate kitchen show is presenting right now at the Dunstan Playhouse!

With a touch of the Swedish Chef and memories of Buster Keaton and the Keystone Cops this show will cause some serious stomach pain – from laughter. Musicians Jeff Henderson and John Bell, who are there to highlight and increase the many moments of hilarity, accompany the mostly mimed show and there are many, many hilarious moments.

Performed by Barnie Duncan, Trygve Wakenshaw, Johnny Brugh and Mark Clare this show is slapstick at its best. Physical comedy is demanding, but these performers are up to the task and make it all look easy. So mesmerizing is the performance that the chicken takes on a life of its own and you forget the puppeteer in black. The two bumbling chefs and the awkward customer interact with the chicken with hilarious results. Pots and pans go flying, pizza is made and deconstructed, and the action is swift and non-stop!

This company has a history of successful children’s shows and a fine understanding of what makes children (and adults) laugh. Lots of mess and lots of near misses with a few significant hits have the audience in stitches.

This is a very short season don’t miss out!
