Chilli Mud Crab, King Crab Mac & Cheese, Soft Shell Crab Rolls … if your mouth is watering, trust us, you’re not alone.

Crab Carnival is returning to esteemed Adelaide dining location, Sean’s Kitchen, to celebrate all things, well, crab.

Slated to run from March 17 until April 12, Crab Carnival will see a slew of crab themed dishes feature on the Sean’s Kitchen menu.

Weekly events will also take place at the restaurant, including the Louisiana Crab Boil on Tuesday nights, set to feature steaming blue swimmer crabs with corn on the cob, new potatoes, and chorizo (24 hours notice required)

Thursday nights are for the (supposedly rather messy) Chilli Mud Crab (48 hours notice required).

The daily crab themed menu was created by Sean Connelly himself.

Guests can expect dishes including the aforementioned (mouth watering) items, alongside a Black Pepper King Crab Salad, Crab Linguine, and Blue Swimmer Crab & Smoked Monkfish Pie, amongst others.

Sean’s Kitchen is open for lunch and dinner from 11am, 7 days a week.

You can find Sean’s Kitchen in the Adelaide Casino on North Terrace.
