Well this May, there will be a Curry Masterclass designed to teach you just that.
Archy Cooks is a small business dedicated to educating and enabling people and communities to have access to delicious vegetarian and healthier meal options.
“After returning to work full time when bub was just 6 months old, I wanted to do something more, something which I had been wanting to do for years,” says owner Archy.
And so Archy Cooks was created.
Archy says having no families here in Australia has had its own set of challenges, but the support of friends and the local community has helped her to see her business flourish.
Specialising in vegetarian/vegan curries and street food infused with internationally inspired flavours, Archy Cooks say their food philosophy is ‘for one and all.’
With pop-up market stalls at various locations around Adelaide, this Masterclass is the perfect next step for this business.
On May 15 from 12pm, head to McLaren Vale Institute Hall for the curry masterclass perfect for ‘all the curry lovers out there.’
“The class will aim to equip the attendees with the basics to cook good Vegetarian/Vegan curries regardless of your culinary skill level and expertise,” says Archy.
The class will run for 4 hours and will teach you (amongst other skills) how to bake basic curries and spice blends, the art of cooking with spices, interactive cooking demos open to questions as you go along, a tasting session and printed card recipes and cooking kits.
