Located at Beefcakes & Shakes, this salt-sational sounding creation features chicken crumbed in mi goreng, fried egg, crispy house made shallots, pickled carrot and daikon, kecap manis, and Sriracha.
Yes, we’re also salivating and plotting how we can leave the office to get our hands on one.
Beefcakes & Shakes, the location of the Mi Goreng Burger, recently opened in Grange and intends to put a spin on the “true” American burger bar.
Run by Jamie Wimmer, the venue is inspired by Shake Shack and In & Out burger, and emphasises fresh produce and making sauces in-house.
With last month’s Krispy Kreme Burger, and now the Mi Goreng iteration, we’re pretty excited to see what Beefcakes & Shakes comes up with next.
