There’s A Schnitzel And Beer Festival Happening At Norwood This Month

With a plethora of great dining options on the Parade, picking a venue can be a bit difficult at times and sometimes a schnitty is justgoing to hit the spot.

Well, there’s no denying everyone loves a good schnitzel, and Schnithouse Norwood is set to well and truly fulfil this love. From Friday 28 June, lasting all through the weekend, the Schithouse is hosting Schnitfest. Yep, it’s exactly what it sounds like, a weekend celebrating the iconic schnitzel.

The schedule of events is as follows: 

Friday 28 June:

German music and dancers, keg tapping and free beer from 6:30pm until late.

Saturday 29 June:

Craft beer specials and beer tastings from 6.30 until late.

Sunday 30 June:

Free face painting and balloonist for kids from 12.30 to 2.00pm. 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm. You can also meet Tony Modra over a schnity and beer lunch

All customers who make a booking over the weekend will get a FREE cheesecake on a stick (hot hint – they look bloody great).

Schnithouse Norwood serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and of course, specialises in Schnitzels. Punters have the choice of eating said classic Schnitzels, as well as burgers, wraps, salads, or pizza.
