Lovers of Malbec wine and Wagyu beef will perk up their ears with news of this upcoming dinner.
La Boca Bar and Grill on North Terrace has put together an indulgent four-course menu paired with aromatic Malbec wine for the spectacular price of just $79 per person.
On Thursday 21 November, from 6.30pm-10.30pm, guests can expect an exclusive menu put together by Sous Chef, Jason Goh.
An expert in various cuisines, including French, Thai, Malay, Argentinean, Spanish, Japanese, Jason also specialises in pastry and baking and developed culinary skills from top hotels around the world. With a resume like that, we’re expecting to be in for a treat at La Boca.
The special menu with influence from South America showcases luxurious Wagyu beef and authentic Argentinian Malbec wine.
Wagyu takes centre stage, with wagyu bresaola, beef tongue and tri-tip all on the menu. Each course is paired with a Malbec that is going to take your senses to another level.
