This creation is quite literally the amalgamation of every wonderful dream we’ve ever had fused with a classic, Aussie icon.
The dish features two Belgium waffles, dunked in chocolate and coated in desiccated coconut like a lamington. Sandwiched between the two waffles is strawberry jam, vanilla ice cream, vanilla bean cream. It sits atop a bed of chocolate fudge and strawberry sauce and is dusted with milo. Perfect.
Getting your hands on this baby will set you back $19, but we have literally no doubt you’ve never experienced something like this before.
Plus, it’s only available this long weekend only, so if you just gotta know whether the Aussie lamington works as a waffle, now is your only chance.
