School holidays are usually filled with stacks of great things for kids to do, but what about their parents?! We generally get stuck on the sidelines, waiting for the kids’ activities to wrap up.
IT’S NOW OUR TIME TO SHINE!
We’ve finally been invited to make the most of our time, so we don’t have to spend an hour sitting in the waiting room scrolling through Facebook and Instagram.
The team from High Intensity Team Training (HITT) have a launched a brand new fitness program KidsFit Fitness, which runs in conjunction with an adults program, so you and your kids can get fit at the same time.
It’s $50 a week for you and your child, and $25 per additional child, which includes up to 3 classes a week, over the two weeks of the holidays.
No membership is required and parents are promised a fun switch up to their everyday workout, while their kids get active and social. Beats them being glued to the telly any day!
Children from 4 to 14 will learn about living a healthy lifestyle while working on general fitness, teamwork and more. They will also get to end the program each week by competing in the much-anticipated Game Day.
Parents will be breaking a sweat with everything from circuit training to calming their busy lives with a spot of yoga.
