Look, I realise the headline was possibly a touch long, but when there’s a whopping 12 courses of amazing seafood, and 12 wonderful matched wines from South Australia, I really needed to get the point across that this NEEDS to be on your radar if you’re a seafood lover. Seriously.
Tastes from the Sea and Wines is happening next week, on April 11th at the Arkaba Hotel, as part of Tasting Australia (which kicks off today) and will include a 12-course seafood experience, sourced from all over the state.
Each tasting course will be paired with a different wine, from every South Australian wine region.
The Arkaba Hotel has forged strong relationships with SA suppliers of both seafood and wines over the recent decades, and this intimate dining experience will give them the chance to showcase their chefs’ favourite flavours from the sea and the vines.
The night will commence in a relaxed cocktail style atmosphere, and guests will enjoy the first two courses standing.
Diners will then be seated on a long beautifully decorated table and will be taken through a sensational seafood journey.
