With sweeping views over the picturesque Piccadilly Valley and a newly launched luxury lodge, Sequoia, the stunning Mount Lofty House is welcoming you with a seven course champagne dinner this April.
This exceptional Champagne retreat includes an overnight stay and breakfast at the luxurious Sequoia Lodge, an exclusively crafted seven course menu and dining event by award-winning Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant, expertly paired with six champagne Ayala cuvées, and your very own bottle of Ayala Champagne to take home.
The champagne dinner will be the first time guests will be able to use the newly completed Sequoia lounge where they can enjoy uninterrupted views of Piccadilly Valley, open fires and the villa itself.
Mt Lofty House are even bringing into Australia for the first time, and exclusively for this event, the exceptional and rare cuvee, the Perle d’Ayala 2006.
The itinerary starts at 2pm where guests will check in and are then free to enjoy the spa, or their room until everyone gathers at the lounge with a magnum of champagne being poured to meet the guests.
For the dinner you will experience a sensational Champagne and food pairing across some of the most unique wines from the Vallée de la Marne sub-region of Champagne by sommelier Liinaa Berry.
This event is designed for couples and the wine dinner includes one Sequoia room. There are only 14 rooms, therefore only 28 tickets available. This is a gastronomic soiree for the true epicurean and is priced at $3000 per couple.
