For all the shameless lobster-lovers out there getting curious, the bakery’s famed Lobster Pie was recently chosen by the Royal Adelaide Show as first pick for the best lunch pie on offer.
The bakery is selling said pies for approximately the next two weeks, and with this limited release, we imagine there will be an influx of eager customers keen to taste this creation.
September is ‘Pie Month’ for Para Hills Hot Bread Bakery, with pies being baked for both the Royal Adelaide Show and a national competition held in Sydney. The award-winning business has, over the years, been recognised with 32 awards for its pies.
According to the bakery, sourcing “the best lobster” is key to baking the perfect lobster pie.
Other pies flavours on offer include Viet Pho, Tuna Mornay, Chicken Curry, Steak Chilli, and a Veggie Pie.
