Brighton hotspot C.R.E.A.M (Coffee Rules Everything Around Me) has revealed a pretty carb-tastic dish, or in their words, “a mid afternoon nap waiting to happen.”
The dish is heralded as a ‘Carbs on Carbs’ Chef’s Special and features a garlic-bread toasted roll stuffed with house made Alfredo fettuccine.
According to C.R.E.A.M, several different rolls were tested in order to find the perfect candidate for the dish, with the winner belonging to Skala Bakery. The Alfredo was made from scratch, utilising a method in which the pasta water is turned into a stock and cooked down, before adding cheese.
If that doesn’t sound drool-worthy enough, the roll/pasta/gift from the heavens is served with extra Alfredo sauce (because why not). It will be around for a couple of weeks, as of today.
C.R.E.A.M has recently undergone an extension and welcomed a new menu, which includes the ‘THICC SHAKE’ range (pictured below).
So, we guess all that’s left to say is happy eating (and drinking).
