Details around who needs to isolate following the positive Woodville High School COVID-19 case have been released.

SA Health has revealed details on self-quarantine requirements in relation to yesterday’s Woodville High School COVID-19 case.

The following people from Woodville High School, St Clair are required to self-quarantine for 14 days:

  • Students in Year 9 who attended the school on Monday 23 and/or Tuesday 24 November.
  • Specific staff members who have been advised by SA Health that they are close contacts.

For those in the above groups who attended on:

  • Monday 23 – you will be required to quarantine for 14 full days from Monday 23 November until midnight 7 December (or as otherwise directed by SA Health).
  • Tuesday 24 (but did not attend on the Monday) – you will be required to quarantine for 14 full days from Tuesday 24 November until midnight 8 December (or as otherwise directed by SA Health).

SA Health will be in direct contact by phone with individuals over the coming days with further information.

The requirement to self-quarantine does not apply to any household members, on the basis that those people required to self-quarantine can do so away from other household members.
