Rundle Mall has announced its premier film festival to run each Tuesday from 10th – 31st July, and it’s free!
Commencing at 5.30pm, patrons will be able to relax in comfort, in seating provided under the Gawler Place canopy surrounded by outdoor heaters to keep the cold at bay while enjoying the first in a proposed series of themed mini film festivals. You can also bring along your own chairs, or beanbags and rugs.
The inaugural festival will feature a Chinese theme complete with hot authentic Chinese food and teas available on site from Ricky’s Kitchen.

Rundle Mall Management Authority General Manager, Martin Haese said “this is another initiative of the Rundle Mall Management Authority in our campaign to ensure the city remains relevant and vibrant for people after work. Our early evening trading with stores remaining open till 7pm each night has been a success and this will enhance Rundle Mall’s offering even further for that post 5.30 period”.
