You’re probably wondering who that sweet little guy in the header image is — so we’d like to introduce you to the OTRGive Bear!
If you’ve never heard of OTRGive, it’s a campaign that launched last year to create donations on behalf of customers to local community partners across South Australia. You just need to download the OTR App, scan the barcode when you shop or refuel, and then OTR makes a donation to the community group of your choice, all at no cost to you.
This year, OTR is selling a limited edition OTRGive Bear at select OTR locations with the same idea.
Only 2,000 of these cuties will be produced and they retail for $19.99, with $6 donated to a community partner of your choice through the OTRGive program on the OTR App.
“OTR is committed to giving back to the community. This is an exclusive way for OTR to make a donation to a community partner chosen by our customers, when they purchase this limited-edition Bear as a Valentine’s Day gift or a keepsake to cherish, knowing the proceeds went to a cause close to their heart,” said OTR Community Partnerships Manager, Joann Skene.
All you have to do to be part of this initiative is scan your OTR App when you purchase the OTRGive Bear — and then a $6 donation will be made on your behalf to community partners like RSPCA SA or CanTeen.
And the timing of this teddy couldn’t be more perfect, with Valentine’s Day just around the corner. There’s no nicer gift to offer a loved one than a gift that keeps on giving!
