Glam caught up with Rob Lloyd, who said “I’m thrilled to be returning to Adelaide Fringe & especially to be getting the opportunity to work with my old ‘partner-in-nerd’ Benjamin Maio Mackay. I first met Benjamin when he was a 13 year old Doctor Who podcaster with self-confidence & ambition far beyond his years. While I’ve stayed with my Doctor Who obsession, Benjamin has completely grown up & moved into ‘real’ theatre. I’m a huge fan of the old school radio play format. I love the style, glamour & playfulness of it all. For Benjamin to give me the chance to be involved in that is something I’ll be indebted to him for along time to come.”
Rob is also presenting his own show, The Mighty Little Puppet Show at the Fringe. Click here for further details and to book tickets.

LIVE on 5 is such an exciting new venture from the Adelaide Oval and I’m proud that they asked to have the show play there in their inaugural year. The mix of comedy, drama and mystery seem to really resonate with audiences, it appeals to all ages and I can’t wait for Fringe audiences to see it!”
