Three new Tier 2 locations named

Bordertown and Waikerie have listed three new exposure sites linked to a truck driver from Victoria who entered South Australia on 13 October.

SA Health has identified a number of exposure locations in South Australia linked to a positive case in a truck driver from Victoria who entered South Australia on 13 October. The case is now in Victoria. 

If you were at the below locations at the specified date and time, you must immediately quarantine for 14 days since you were at the location, ensuring you quarantine away from others, including household members. You must get tested immediately and again on day 5 and day 13 after the last day you were at the location.

TIER 2 Exposure Sites:

Bordertown – Bordertown Checkpoint

·       Wednesday 13 October – 6.30am to 11.00am

Bordertown – OTR Bordertown, 2 Dukes Highway

·       Wednesday 13 October – 10.45am to 11.20am

Waikerie – United Petrol Station, 12905 Sturt Highway

·       Wednesday 13 October – 6.30pm to 7.30pm

If you were at any of the above locations, but not at the specified date and time, monitor yourself for symptoms and get tested as soon as symptoms develop.
