Ferg’s Stepney was well on its way to becoming a collaborative cellar door, already hosting Moorak Wines and Massey Wines in their venue — and now they’re welcoming Threefold Distilling to the family.
Threefold Distilling are relatively new on the scene, stemming from a collaboration between Aidan Shaw, Luke Fleming, and Steven Roennfeldt, who all have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, both in Australia and internationally.
“We opened Ferg’s with the vision of being a hub for small producers. We want to be broader than just a cellar door for one producer, we’re multiple producers with multiple offerings,” says John Hein, co-founder of Ferg’s.
“Plus, you’re meeting the winemaker, the brewer or the distiller and learning their creative process behind it.”
Threefold Distilling will officially settle in at their new location on Saturday, 1 February. There will be an opening party to commemorate the day, featuring cocktails and tastings, plus wood oven pizzas by Pan & Vine.
Why not swing by and wish Threefold a warm welcome from 4pm this Saturday?
The gin Threefold have created has broad appeal, not just to the experienced gin drinker, but for everyone looking to try and learn more about the drink, so bring all your friends (even the non-gin drinkers).
You can find Ferg’s at 8A Union Street, Stepney.
