In a dynamic new collaboration, two beloved South Australian brands are making the Adelaide summer even brighter. Celebrated Adelaide artist Tiff Manuell has teamed up with Harris Real Estate, combining their shared passion for Adelaide’s unique landscape to launch a new campaign that brings a splash of colour to the streets.
The collaboration features a new painting by Manuell, which has since been repurposed to create signboard sold stickers for Harris Real Estate sales, as well as prints and coffee cups.
Already, dozens of Harris x Tiff sold signs have been popping up around South Australia, with homes in places like Aldinga, Glengowrie, Strathalbyn, Port Elliot, Glenelg East, Colonel Light Gardens, and Marion displaying the colourful stickers.

Harris initially reached out with the idea of utilising one of Tiff’s existing works, but she suggested a new, purposeful concept that engaged with the Adelaide streets and “highlighted the neatness of our environment”.
The more the two brands talked, the more appealing the idea became for Tiff. She created a piece that reflected her city in spring and summer, using vibrant colours to reflect features like rose gardens and purple wisteria, capturing “the essence of Adelaide”.
“The painting is reflective, with textures and buildings and gardens, of a real feeling of spring in Adelaide and the streets.”

Tiff, who typically works with acrylics on unframed canvases, was inspired by Harris’ concept, bringing a painting that might usually hang inside someone’s home out into the street and onto the signboards.
She’s been thoroughly impressed with the Harris team during this collaboration, praising them for their organisation and support for local artists.
“Harris managed this exceptionally well, delivery a great quality of blueprint. It shows a real credibility for the business to know that they’re looking for local support as opposed to reaching out to artists from other states.”
“You want to make sure you have the right alignment with a business partner, and they’re doing the right thing by you, and Harris did that and utilised artwork well”.
For Tiff, it’s been exciting to see more of her artwork out on the streets of Adelaide. Known for her incredible abstract expressionistic artworks, she’s taken the fashion and accessory industries by storm with her iconic collections over the years, and now her artwork can also be seen on signboards and coffee cups, thanks to this partnership with Harris.

“My work always had a commercial side with the bag range, so I’m used to seeing it out on the streets. There’s always an exciting buzz to see my work being carried or used in a joyful, positive way. This gives me same feeling, seeing it on the streets, adding a vibrancy to the streets and signs”.
Currently, Tiff Manuell’s original piece is travelling around the Harris offices, before being auctioned off for charity in February. The proceeds will be donated to two charities: Baptist Care SA, and Village Co, a non-for-profit providing care packages for young mothers in hospitals.
After kicking off 2025 with this dynamic collaboration, Tiff is excited to spend the rest of the year focusing on her fine art and exhibition work while taking a step back from the commercial side of the Tiff brand.
