Yangarra Estate Vineyard is delighted to announce a special event at their winery. Culinary icon Tony Bilson will be preparing a special 6 course lunch at Yangarra Estate Vineyard on Saturday, November 13 from 12:30pm till 4pm. The lunch will feature the current Yangarra Estate Vineyard range of wines as well as a few cellar surprises.
Tony Bilson is referred to as the “Godfather of Australian cuisine”. Over the last 30 years, Tony has been tantalizing taste buds in Australia and around the world. Over his storied career, his restaurants (Bilson’s, Bilson’s Number One Wine Bar, Tony’s Bon Gout, Berowra Waters Inn, Kinselas, Fine Bouche, the Treasury at Sydney’s Inter-Continental Hotel, Ampers and Canard) have won numerous awards and are critically acclaimed. Tony has been a strong advocate of food and wine and his enthusiasm is second to none. His career also includes 5 published books as well as appearances on radio and TV, most recently on Master Chef.
