Intimate dinners with world-class chefs, adventures to some of the state’s most remote regions and a wine party in Town Square are all on offer when Tasting Australia presented by RAA Travel returns in 2023.

From 28 April until 7 May, Tasting Australia will serve up 10 days of delicious programming, with over 150 events across all 12 regions of South Australia. The first release of the program is on sale from 9am today.

Lot.100 Presents The Ultimate Pizza Party

Beergustation

The Kensi is continuing its collaboration with South Australian breweries to bring you Beergustation 2023. Guests will be immersed in a six-course luncheon inspired by autumn’s harvest.

Each course is set to reflect the kitchen crews love for local food and beer at the Kensi. Expect the very best South Australian produce and, in a new move for this edition of Tasting Australia, not one but three of the state’s award-winning breweries sharing selections.

Each will showcase two of their best beers, with the chosen six to then be paired with a dish and featured throughout the afternoon’s menu. Meet the brewery teams at this interactive event, with each crew to discuss their journey so far and love for all things beer.

Town Square will host this Friday night fiesta. Soundtracking the revelry: the multi-talented Max Veenhuyzen, best known as a food and travel writer but also, it turns out, a DJ.

Taste wine chosen by festival drinks curators Banjo Harris Plane and Meira Harel, Pirate Life brews and cocktails by Nick Tesar from Melbourne’s Bar Liberty – officially Australia’s best bartender. Tesar went on to take second place in the latest World Class Cocktail Competition and will bring his flair for all things mixed and magical. He’s also part of the team at boutique liqueur brand Marionette; its delicious, produce-driven range is set to feature.
