The thousands of Adelaide train-commuters who walk through the Adelaide Railway Station are some of the luckiest people in Adelaide this fortnight.
The Beigelry opened their doors in the station last week, serving up traditional handcrafted and boiled Bagels accompanied by their Elementry ‘cawfees’ made with Tweedvale Milk.

Open from 7:30am, the bagels are made fresh daily from 100% local ingredients, and they’re filled with all your favourite fillings (and some new ones as well). There’s vegan bagels, turkey bagels, smoked salmon bagels and even blueberry bagels. You might even find some special one-of-a-kind bagels if you’re there at the right times (rainbow bagels have been spotted).

They’re smashing it with their Facebook reviews, with some saying they’re equally as delicious as the bagels from New York (we can assure you, The Beigelry’s coffee is better). From all accounts, they don’t skimp on the toppings, so jump off the train, treat yourself to a morning bagel like a true city-dweller, and start your day off on a high.
