TV personality, restauranteur and prolific author, Yotam Ottolenghi has announced his tour through Australia in 2022, taking the tastes, ingredients and flavours that excite him and his fans across the country next year.
Whilst the trailblazing chef announced he was postponing his Australian 2021 Tour, Ottolenghi has gifted South Australia an early Christmas present, announcing his new rescheduled dates.
The beloved Ottolenghi will be taking Adeladians on a culinary journey January 18 and 25 2022 at Adelaide Convention Centre. Here the internationally- renowned chef invites SA to learn about his influences and experiences, and offer insights about being a restauranteur and how you can dial up the flavour and be a sure-fire hit at mealtimes.
Sharing his experience as a chef, restaurateur and food writer, Ottolenghi will offer audiences a unique insight into how flavour is dialled up and why it works – from basic pairings that are fundamental to taste, to cooking methods that elevate ingredients to great heights.
The acclaimed culinary genius will also be grant audiences a look into his personal life, with Ottolenghi talking about how his upbringing influences his cooking style, his journey to becoming a chef, opening seven delis and restaurants in London, and writing nine bestselling cookbooks.
“So… after some delay and rescheduling (excuse me, the world turned upside down, right?), I’m thrilled to confirm that I will finally be visiting Australia for my Flavour of Life tour in the new year,” says Ottolenghi.
