It’s the travelling souvlaki truck that has been firing up the charcoal around Adelaide, and now they’re here to stay- at the iconic Plant 4 Bowden!
Souv on the Move brings a vibrant and colourful twist to traditional Greek cuisine, and it was only a matter of time before their eye-catching blue Lambretta took up residency at the industrial-chic venue.
The travelling souvlaki truck is a recent extension of Italian catering company Di Luggo & Co, and their exciting new menu has been tastefully designed with explosive flavours from the mainland and surrounding islands of Greece.
This newest venture showcases three incredible street-style dishes: the Monastiraki, the Santorini, and the Cretan. When we say you’re going to want to try all of them, we mean it.
Conveniently located just outside of the main entrance of Plant 4 Bowden, Souv on the Move will be firing up their Lambretto every Friday from 5 pm.
Friday night is always a cracker time to visit this hip and fun Adelaide relic, and with a number of unique cafes, eateries and retail shops- there’s sure to be something for everyone.
Anyone who visits Plant 4 Bowden knows that it is truly an immersive experience, and their newest sister space – Plant 3 Bowden – is a thriving addition to Adelaide’s passionate selection of sustainable venues.
Plant 3 serves as an inviting and versatile space- featuring an extensive balcony overlooking Bowden Park, an intimate event space, and a quirky bar serving up all the best locally crafted beer, wine, spirits, and coffee. The industrial space also showcases a hairdresser, microbrewery/restaurant, an immaculate dessert house and a plant shop that bestows all the jungle vibes.
Both spaces serve as the ultimate location for a family-friendly outing, and the best part? They’re open all weekend!
Although you’ll find ample interior and exterior seating, Plant 4 Bowden recommend booking a table on weekends to secure your spot in the highly sought-after venue.
With Souv on the Move as their hottest new stall-holder, Fridays are sure to be bigger than ever amongst the greenery of Bowden Park.
Souv on the Move can be found every Friday from 5pm-9pm at 5 Third Street, Bowden.
