Head Chef Drew Akin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to The Curious Squire and prides himself on traditional Southern American Bar-B-Q, Cajun and soul food styles of cooking.

“On this special day, diners can spoil their Dads with dishes such as the juicy pulled pork shoulder, smoked chicken in Alabama white Bar-B-Q sauce, smoked Texas beef brisket and Bar-B-Q spare ribs,” says Drew Akin.
