Treat Mum to Mother’s Day Lamb Roast, National Wine Centre Style

Bring the fine dining experience home this Mother’s Day with the National Wine Centre’s lamb roast feast, prepared of course by their award winning team.

Mother’s Day will look a little different this year for most, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still treat mum to the fine dining experience she so deserves.

Going out for lunch may be out of the picture, but the National Wine Centre is here to save the day and deliver the ultimate Mother’s Day smorgasbord.

Prepared and delivered by Executive Chef Steven Clark and his award winning team, treat mum to a magnificent lamb roast complete with all the trimmings and of course, wine.

“Lamb Roast is such an all-time favourite traditional dish, and we’ve added a magnificent red wine jus plus a host of amazingly prepared vegetables to make it even more special.

“This is a difficult time and the weather is getting cooler so something popular and familiar as well as being perfect for late autumn weather is just what’s needed for Mother’s Day 2020,” says Clark.

The home delivered meal suitable for four people comprises of (try not to salivate):

  • Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder
  • Potato Dauphinoise
  • Cauliflower & Broccoli with Cheese Sauce
  • Vichy Carrots
  • Minted Peas
  • Red Wine Jus

Plus your choice of either:

  • Incygnes 2016 Barossa Valley Shiraz OR
  • Lambrook Spark Sparkling Pinot Noir OR
  • Cooke Brothers Schoenthal Road Chardonnay

The cost including delivery to the Adelaide metro area only is $120.  (Extra bottles of Incygnes 2016 Barossa Valley Shiraz can be purchased for $30 each).

Delivery will take place on Saturday 9th May. Menu items cannot be swapped or altered.
