Get ready for an exciting new adventure in Adelaide’s north! The City of Salisbury has welcomed the first-ever TreeClimb to the area, set to open at Harry Bowey Reserve.
The treetop experience, already popular in the CBD and Kuitpo Forest, is branching out to Salisbury Park, providing residents with a unique outdoor adventure.
The decision to introduce TreeClimb to Salisbury was met with resounding approval from the local community, with 93% of the over 1,000 respondents expressing support for the project.
Mayor Gillian Aldridge OAM shared her enthusiasm about the new establishment, saying: “It’s an exciting time for the City of Salisbury! With so many positive developments this year, TreeClimb is a fantastic addition. It’s wonderful to offer our residents a new way to experience our beautiful parklands.”
Each course at the new Salisbury location is being designed with unique elements that distinguish it from other sites, ensuring a fresh and captivating experience for all visitors.
“Each TreeClimb location is crafted to reflect its environment, and Salisbury will be no different. We are excited to introduce a course that is tailored specifically to the community here,” Carmine Gallarello, a spokesperson for TreeClimb, says.
As the project moves into the detailed design and construction phases, TreeClimb is committed to keeping the community informed and engaged. They plan to work closely with the City of Salisbury to provide regular updates through their social media, ensuring that everyone is kept in the loop on progress and developments.
Anticipation is building as the opening day approaches, with keen TreeClimbers ready to climb, swing, and zip through the trees. Mayor Aldridge and the TreeClimb team extend a warm invitation for all to join in this extraordinary adventure in Salisbury.
