South Australia’s Twenty Third Street Distillery have received three Double Gold at the recently announced International Spirits Competition, the SIP Awards.
The SIP Awards is the only internationally recognised consumer judging competition, where discerning consumers blindly taste each entry.
The Distillery is known for its impressive range of spirits and local focus, having brought international attention to the South Australian Riverland.
Their Rose Vodka, which was awarded Double Gold, is distilled using rose petals sourced mere kilometres from the Distillery at Ruston’s Roses.
“!e fit up to 60kg of rose petals in our still during production, two types are used and together offer a beautiful, delicate rose flavour,” says Gabrielle Millane, Assistant Brand Manager.
As well as the Rose Vodka, both Not Your Nanna’s Brandy and Signature Rum were awarded Double Gold, with the rum also scoring an Innovation Award, and the flagship Signature Gin, a Gold.
“We’re excited to be recognised on the world stage for our locally produced spirits, it’s a testament to the passion of our Team who pride themselves on quality and innovation,” says Gabrielle Millane.
