Two Adelaidians Announced As Finalists In Champagne Awards

These ladies have proven their devotion to all things bubbly.

Two Adelaidians have proven their devotion to all things bubbly, announced as finalists in the 2018 Vin de Champagne Awards.

Sara Underdown, editor of Vine and Bubble Magazine, and Edinburgh Cellars cellar manager Margot Muir have both been named in the list of 10 finalists.

The Australian awards program seeks to discover future Champagne ambassadors, and is open to both professionals working in the food and wine industry, and amateurs who have a passion for Champagne.
Finalists will attend a judging in Sydney on September 10, where a panel of experts will test their knowledge of the champagne industry, followed by a blind tasting of Champagne wines. The two winners will be flown to France for a two-week educational tour through the Champagne region.
