We all love a bit of gin, whether it’s as the hero of a delicious cocktail or flooded with tonic water and juniper berries. And as it turns out, Adelaide is home to two of the best gin bars that our Aussie soil has to offer.
We may be biased, but we’re not surprised.
Delicious has named Adelaide’s Udaberri and The Howling Owl in their list of the 10 best gin bars in Australia, alongside a worthy assortment of unique bars from all over the country.
Tucked away on Leigh Street, the Spanish-inspired Udaberri boasts an intimate and moody atmosphere that acts as the perfect setting to get lost in their comprehensive list of gin selections.
There’s room for all gin types on their gin and tonic menu, which is expertly crafted into four sections of gin style: New World, London Dry, Aromatic, and Lightly Sweetened.
Udaberri’s bartenders showcase their love of gin through their craft, working hard to find the perfect garnish that highlights each individual gin.
Udaberri is located at 11 Leigh Street, Adelaide.
Serving up great gin before it was cool, The Howling Owl has been a staple on the Adelaide gin circuit for seven heavenly years.
Located just off Rundle Street, this gin specialty bar houses over 130 gin varieties, over a quarter of which are proudly South Australian made.
Each of their beautiful gin creations are garnished with a hand-picked selection of aromatic spices, fruits or herbs for a euphoric drink that will appeal to all your senses.
The Howling Owl is located at 10 Vaughan Place, Adelaide 5000.
