Visit the vibrant Adelaide Central Markets this weekend and take a trip to the iconic Smelly Cheese Co shop and treat yourself to all things cheese and savoury.
Indulge in the gooey, cheesy goodness of a grilled raclette, accompanied with a fresh sourdough baguette and cornichons from 10am this Friday and Saturday. Perfect for cheese lovers, the delectable raclette treat has been described as “oozy, creamy, nutty and sexy” by the ever-popular cheese shop earlier this year.
The iconic Smelly Cheese Co shop in the Adelaide Central Markets will also be selling the ultimate cheese show bags in the wake of this weekends cancelled Royal Adelaide show.
Retailing at $60, the bags come stocked with fan-favourite cheese goodies including Brie à la Truffe, Comte 14 Months, Gorgonzola Dolce, as well as Cheese Culture Crackers and a Smelly Cheese Shop branded cooler bag.
The amazing show bags will be available in-store and online until sold out, with the first 100 bags sold in store this weekend including a $10 gift card to be used at the Smelly Cheese store.
This weekend, the Adelaide Central Markets will host their own show weekend, as the city continues to reels from the shock cancellation of the annual Adelaide Show. The hustling and bustling Market day will feature roaming entertainment, kids arts and crafts as well as dishing up food like fairy floss and profiteroles synonymous with the show.
