Uninterrupted ocean views at this all-day brunch and burger joint

The popular beachfront location that is also putting the best of Yorke Peninsula on a plate.

It is comforting to know that whilst you’re unlocking the beauty of one of SA’s most inspiring coastlines, there’s food this good with a view this amazing, nearby.

North Beach Kitchen on Wallaroo’s foreshore offers great local food, and an expansive view of white sand you can drive on, and the bluest of water from the Spencer Gulf.

Known for its use of the best locally caught and locally grown ingredients, ‘NBK’ has developed an outdoor dining experience that is hard to beat in SA.

Working with what is in front of them, the crew have recently added ‘The Garry Garfish’ burger to their menu.

“We love using local products as the hero of our dishes,” says NBK co-owner Lisa Hawson.

“The ‘Gary Garfish burger’ consists of a freshly crumbed Spencer Gulf‘garfish with tartare, lettuce, tomato and avocado on a brioche bun.”

House favourite the Blue Swimmer Crab Scramble uses locally reared free-range eggs, and the freshest Blue Swimmer Crabs.

“It’s ridiculously good for breakfast.”

The BHLT (Bacon Haloumi Lettuce Tomato) doesn’t sound bad either, and uses haloumi from SA’s-own La Cassa Del Formaggio.

NBK lives up to its promise to serve super fresh, super inclusive local treats, particularly as many of their menu items come with gluten-free options, and there are several vegan choices.
