A favourite of many Unley locals, Bricks & Stones is serving some of the best brunches in Adelaide, and their new menu looks mouthwatering.
Known for their amazing specialty coffee, yummy takeaway treats and their delicious all-day breakfast and lunch menu, it is definitely a place worth checking out.
Their new menu is bursting with vibrant flavours, from classic brunch favorites with a twist, to Asian-inspired dishes that will delight the senses.
If you are in the mood for a trustworthy brunch staple, consider checking out their new buckwheat porridge, which features flavourful spices of cardamom and saffron that will warm you up as it starts to cool down outside.
Their sweet French toast has also had a makeover, now topped with lemon curd, pistachios and blueberries- a classic flavour combination. Their smashes avo has also been tweaked to include a variety of toppings, such as cream cheese, a walnut pesto, halloumi, roast tomatoes and eggs, served atop fresh Turkish bread.
Wanting to try something fresh and new?
Their updated menu now includes a crab omelet with a Japanese Okonomiyaki sauce, mayo, bonito flakes and furikake, a type of Japanese dried seaweed.
For more Asian flavours, check out their bao buns, coming in either a brisket or fried cauliflower variety, complete with pickled beetroot, pickled cucumber and sriracha mayo. There is also a new Korean fried rice bowl, featuring kimchi fried rice, lemon pepper mayo and pickled beetroot, topped with either tofu or chicken.
Fans of Bricks & Stones will be happy to know that the new menu is still packed with their old favourites! Guests can still enjoy their famous breakfast burger, bacon French toast, pancakes, baked eggs, falafel bowl and chicken burger.
