In honour of National Coffee Day, the shopping centre will be giving away 180 free small coffees from 10:30am to 11:30am, made possible by some of Adelaide’s finest cafes, including Dulwich Bakery, The Lunch Club, and Impressa Cafe.
National Coffee Day was first officially recognised from March 3rd to 7th in 2014, in a meeting held by the International Coffee Organisation in Milan as part of Expo 2015. Since then, it has grown into a huge celebration of coffee culture around the world, promoting fair trade coffee and raising awareness about the challenges faced by coffee growers.
Participating venues in the celebration include Dulwich Bakery; a South Australian icon that is famous for its delicious baked goods. From birthday cakes and quiches, to hearty party platters with sausage rolls, pies, and pasties, this beloved bakery has been a staple in Adelaide’s food scene for years.
While The Lunch Club is a humble cafe that has been a popular fixture at Unley Shopping Centre. It offers a diverse menu that includes everything from coffees and cakes to sandwiches and hearty meals, catering to breakfast, lunch, dessert, and any snack you might fancy with your morning brew.
Impressa Cafe is a family-owned business known for its stylish feel and top-tier service. The cafe offers a selection of homemade foods, including classic breakfast and lunch options, as well as authentic Croatian cuisine, all paired with great coffee.
To get your free coffee, simply visit the promotions desk at Unley Shopping Centre to pick up your voucher. The offer is valid for one day only and limited to one coffee per person. While the coffee itself is free, upsizing or choosing alternative milk options (besides skim milk) may add a little extra cost.
