Since opening their doors last year, Phoenix Sweets Cakery has been a popular addition to Adelaide’s east, delighting dessert lovers with their delicious cakes and cupcakes. Now, they’re taking sweet cravings to a whole new level by expanding their dessert menu to include Basque Burnt Cheesecakes and New York Style Stuffed Cookies.
If that wasn’t enough to excite your sweet tooth, Phoenix Sweets has extended their Thursday nights hours until 9pm, giving diners even more time to indulge in their irresistible treats.
In March, Phoenix Sweets unveiled their Basque Burnt Cheesecakes, and they’re nothing short of heavenly. These cheesecakes have a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture, with seven premium flavours including:
- Original
- Earl Grey
- Matcha Red Bean Mousse
- Ube (Purple Yam) Mousse
- Strawberry (only available for pre-order as whole cake)
- Matcha Red Bean Mochi (only available for pre-order as whole cake)
- Musang King Durian (only available for pre-order as whole cake)
Each cake is crafted with the finest ingredients, ensuring every bite is a piece of gourmet perfection. The signature caramelised top adds a unique flavour twist that makes this cheesecake stand out from its competitors.
Phoenix Sweets has also perfected their New York Style Stuffed Cookies, and trust us, these are no ordinary cookies. Baked to golden perfection, they are are served warm so you can fully appreciate their delicious smell and gooey texture (if you get a cookie take-away, we recommend heating it up in the microwave). The six mouth-watering flavours you can choose from are:
- Matcha White Chocolate Macadamia
- Biscoff Chocolate
- Dark Chocolate Chip
- Nutella Chocolate
- Caramel Chocolate
- Lemon Cream
After all those sweet treats, Phoneix Sweets Cakery understands diners might need something refreshing to cleanse their palettes. They offer a range of premium drinks, including their Signature Matcha Latte and Strawberry Matcha, as well as an amazing selection of soothing teas (but the Strawberry Matcha is a crowd favourite).
And if all that sugar is just too much, they have savoury options too, serving up light meals such as Japanese-style Chicken Katsu Sando, Japanese Curry Pork Katsu Don, and Grilled Eel Don.
Phoenix Sweets Cakery has been crafting stunning cakes and confections in Hong Kong since 2013. Now located on King William Road in Unley, this sweet spot is the perfect place to indulge in some of the finest desserts, drinks and dishes on offer in Adelaide’s east.
