I think we can probably all agree that brunch is pretty great. But do you know what’s even better? Boozy brunch.
Vegan Mexican restaurant Cocina Comida, which is located in the CBD, has been open for close to a couple of months now and has fast become a favourite in the plant-based eating scene.
You can now prebook a table for 90 minutes of all you can eat tacos, bottomless Sangria, Micheladas and Dos XX or Pacifico Clara beers. This deal will continue every Saturday.
The available time slots are 12pm, 1:30pm, and 3pm, which is perfect if you’re looking for a very late brunch.
Of course all the tacos are completely vegan, but their veggie alternatives do resemble classic meat tacos.
The options are “chicken” with cabbage, beans and tomatillo salsa, “chorizo” with salsa Verde, “beef” and black beans, salsa roja and pico de gallo, al pastor “pork” with pineapple salsa and lime, or sweet potato with salsa roja, beans, corn, and coriander.
That sure is a lot to chose from.
Bookings are required by close of business on Friday.
Cocina Comida wants to make it clear that you should not drink to excess and encourages responsible drinking.
Cocina Comida is located at Shop 4, 205 Pirie Street, Adelaide 5000
