Miss Viet in Port Adelaide is gearing up to host an exclusive Rockford Wines wine flight and five-course chef’s special menu on Tuesdays and Sundays throughout winter. Running for limited time of eight weeks, starting on Tuesday June 18th, this is a wine and dine experience you don’t want to miss.
On Tuesdays, the restaurant welcomes guests from 5pm, while on Sundays, the kitchen opens at 11:30am. There’s no set time for the wine flights, so you can take off on your journey whenever you arrive.
Expect a delightful mix of five wines: two whites, two reds, and occasionally a sparkling shiraz, or another bubbly surprise. The wine selection is carefully chosen to compliment the chef’s menu, which changes weekly based on the freshest market produce.
From veggie markets, to the fish market, the chef at Miss Viet herself selects the finest ingredients to craft an ever-evolving menu.
“She likes to buy every week, she does the purchases herself,” Manager of Miss Viet, Tim Dutta, says.
“She goes to the veggie market and she goes to the fish market where she picks up whatever. It is going to be a different menu every week.”

Diners can look forward to Miss Viet’s flagship Vietnamese dishes with a French twist, like their popular scallops, perfect with white, or their hearty wagyu brisket, perfect with red, alongside exciting new creations each week.
On their current menu, Miss Viet also offers plenty of delicious small plates such as assorted dumplings, steamed bao with pork belly, and san choy bau with coconut prawns. From the grill, enjoy dishes like BBQ lamb cutlets, double-cooked wagyu brisket, Vietnamese pork chops, and lemongrass grilled chicken.

“We’ve always been very much serving all the wines from Rockford’s portfolio,” Tim Dutta says.
“We have been with them since we opened the door in 2018, because we just wanted to concentrate on one good wine brand.”
