Ursula Martinez has written some true stories. Some strangers have sent her unbelievable emails.
Martinez invites you to meet the ordinary and extraordinary characters in her life and in her inbox.
My Stories Your Emails combines spoken word, live art, character comedy and stand-up. The result is a comical and uncompromising exploration of self identity, the internet, fame, obsession, censorship, loneliness, human failure……….. and a whole bunch of other stuff.
Written and performed by Ursula Martinez and Directed by Mark Whitelaw, commissioned by Barbicanbite 10 (London) and QueerUpNorth International Festival (Manchester).
