Celebrating a decade of impactful service, Variety SA—the Children’s Charity of South Australia, in collaboration with FIVEAA, is set to host the 2024 Variety SA Radiothon. The event will take place this Friday, November 29th, at Adelaide Airport, running from 6am to 6pm. This initiative showcases an extraordinary effort to gather critical support for South Australian children who are sick, disadvantaged, or living with disabilities.
This year’s goal for the Radiothon is to raise $200,000, a sum which will significantly aid in purchasing Christmas gifts and spreading goodwill among children who face increased challenges during the holiday season. Led by the FIVEAA team, including personalities David Penberthy, Will Goodings, Matthew Pantelis, Angie McBride, and Rowey & Timmy G, the event promises to keep listeners entertained and informed from the bustling location of Adelaide Airport.
The broadcast is set to feature moving, live interviews with beneficiaries of the charity, offering listeners firsthand accounts of how their contributions help transform lives.
