NEW wine bar in the CBD, Vault91 is unlocking its doors and giving wine lovers the keys to their kingdom on 31 March.
Tucked into the historic Westpac building, the new addition to the ground floor pays homage to the roots and architecture of 91 King William Street, Adelaide.
Home to mixologists and sommeliers, this location will be the newest place in town to share a glass or two with your friends amongst the cozy and luxurious seating that will have you wanting to enjoy more than one knock off drink.
With promised first-class service, Vault91 is set to offer patrons a premium experience at all times of day, showcasing its versatility and ability to adapt to the professionals sweeping their surroundings.
The group behind the venue has been teasing followers across their socials, building anticipation for the opening of this highly anticipated masterpiece.
Vault91 collaborators Paul Shaw and Micha Ilic are looking forward to bringing life and a little bit of magic to the ground floor location of one of the most iconic buildings in the city.
With city slickers returning to the CBD, guests will be greeted with coffee in the morning as this venture sets a benchmark for supporting the suits and ties of the area with five-star coffee before transforming into a world class location for an afterwork aperitif.
There will also be plenty of premium produce from SA that will go hand-in-hand with the wonderful wines on offer.
We have no doubt the bar will dazzle visitors with its fit out of lush lounges, intimate booth like seating and long blush coloured curtains draped around the location. All of these finishing touches a tribute to the attention to detail and hard work of the Vault91 team.
This bar may be the CBD’s best kept secret, but not for long as news of the style and sophistication of the newest hotspot spreads.
