Adelaide, get ready to indulge your senses in this flavour-explosive ‘Vegustation’ feast this September!  

Brought to you by the brains behind Adelaide’s ever-so-popular Vegan Festival, the Vegustation series is back and better than ever.

Join talented vegan Head Chef Greggory Hill at Hispanic Mechanic with his Dancing Daikon kitchen whipping up the most delectable afternoon that is not to be missed. Hosted within the funky interior of Hispanic Mechanic, tempt your taste buds with Adelaide’s ultimate compassionate foodie experience.

After a sell-out series last year, Chef Hill is back with incredible Latin American flavours and bags of talent to answer South Australia’s prayers for more delicious high-end Vegan food. 

In the lead up to the highly-anticipated annual Vegan Festival, Chef Hill has created a show-stopping six-course degustation experience that will not only show off his impressive culinary skills but guide you through a foodie journey unlike any other.  

Tickets are priced at $100 per person, with the event starting at 12:30pm on Sunday, September 19. On arrival, enjoy a drink on the house as you mingle with other link-minded compassionate foodies. Part of the ticket proceeds will be donated to a local animal charity, which will be confirmed closer to the date. 

Having honed his skills in kitchens across Mexico, Argentina and Peru, Hill has taken the Latin American flavours we all know and love and put a Korean twist on his dishes, taking the Hispanic experience to the next level. 

Hispanic Mechanic is well-known to all Adelaide vegans and foodies alike, with the popular Glen Osmond restaurant having created an entirely vegan menu unparalleled within the SA vegan scene. 

Vegustation is presented by Any Excuse…Event Styling & Planning, who will bring South Australia the ultimate Vegan celebration this October at the Vegan Festival. The two-day extravaganza will promote a compassionate, healthy and sustainable lifestyle, hosting an array of vegan food stalls and inspiring talks.
