Bistro by the food business is reopening tonight (Thursday 10 March) following three months closure due to the major building works at the Dunstan Playhouse.
Working director and Bistro by the food business owner Cindy Halasz said she and the team were itching to get back into the space.
“We can’t wait to get back into the Bistro,” Cindy said.
“Our direction is to capture the spirit of the Adelaide Festival Centre and its major shows, reflecting this in our menus which are set to change periodically and seasonally,” she said.
Cindy also said their popular End-of-Month (EOM) soirees were making a comeback and being held on the last Friday of each month at Bistro by the food business.
“Patrons have been enquiring about our next EOM over the years and we have decided that this is the return year for these popular get togethers. There’s no better location than at the Bistro with it’s stunning views overlooking the River Torrens,” Cindy said.
“The first lunch on Friday 25 March will have an Autumn flavour, but we will change each theme on a monthly basis depending on the Festival Centre’s happenings as well as seasonally.
“The setting is truly magical and we’re keen to put it in the spotlight and share it with the rest of the state and visitors to Adelaide,” she said.
