Vintage Motors Bird To Baywood Run

Bay To Birdwood RunFollowing the City to Bay Fun Run, is the Bay To Birdwood Run on the last Sunday of this month (26th of September) starting at 6.00 am.

The Bay To Birdwood Run Committee Inc. is a not-for-profit association with two equal partners – the Federation of Historic Motoring Clubs SA and the National Motor Museum.

It takes approximately one-and-a-half hours to send off more than 1,500 historic vehicles that will line up to participate in the legendary event. It is the largest, most continually-held annual motor event anywhere in the world. This year’s run will be for vehicles manufactured before the 31st of December 1955. The starting point will be at Barratt Reserve on Adelaide Shores to facilitate the increasing number of entrants and provide better spectator access to the cars, buses, trucks and motorcycles.
