Vocal duo Vika and Linda reschedule their upcoming tour

Originally planning to perform in Adelaide this November, Vika and Linda have rescheduled their upcoming tour due to the pandemic restrictions.

Aussie vocal duo Vika and Linda have rescheduled their upcoming The Wait tour to June 2022. Originally planning to perform in Adelaide this November, the pair have put the shift down to the ongoing pandemic and subsequent Government restrictions.

Frontier Touring made the announcement yesterday following what’s been an uncertain time in border restrictions and closures. They’ve urged concert goers to hold on to their tickets, with them remaining valid for the rescheduled date.

“Whilst things are just starting to open up, it is not quite enough for us to embark on our album tour which is just around the corner in November. There are still restrictions in place which stop us from travelling and playing in theatres and we really want to bring our show to you in the best possible way we can and without missing any of the planned stops”, the duo said.

The sisters will be presenting their soulful harmonies with a full band behind them, with the tour celebrating their first album of original material in nineteen years, The Wait via label Bloodlines. They came to be known after singing backing vocals with the popular band The Black Sorrows from 1988.

Their new Adelaide date is scheduled for Friday 17th June, 2022 at the Thebarton Theatre.
