It was an unforgettable episode of The Voice Australia last night. If you missed it, TikTok superstar Jenna Hudson was swept off her feet when her longtime partner and fellow contestant Yorke Heath popped the question – live on stage!

The couple made history as the first competing duo to face off in a song battle, performing the emotional hit “The Only Exception” by Paramore, with Yorke utlimately taking out the win.
Jenna says she couldn’t have been prouder of her partner.
“It seemed strange at first, to be on stage in a battle against your long-term partner! But I really enjoyed it. I am so happy he won, he really deserves it. It really is his time to shine.”
The South Aussie couple met six years ago in a local supermarket and have since taken the leap to Sydney, where Jenna Hudson, aka Jenna With The Pink, boasts an impressive 1.5 million TikTok followers, inspiring young girls with her positive messages. A social media superstar she advocates for positive self-image collaborated with major brands like Netflix and Coca-Cola.

Meanwhile, Yorke – from Port Pirie – has been making waves in the music scene, supporting major acts like The Rubens and Tuka. Yorke has been on an incredible journey since winning the prestigious Robert Stigwood Grant in 2022, performing at sold-out shows and releasing his debut single “Take Me Down.” He’s also passionate about giving back, working with remote Indigenous communities to share his love of music.
After an exhilarating battle round in front of a thrilled audience and the esteemed coaches Guy Sebastian, Adam Lambert, LeAnn Rimes, and Kate Miller-Heidke, Yorke made his move.
Shortly after the results were announced, Yorke took to the microphone and asked for everyone’s attention and for Jenna to join the stage.
“I was so surprised when he asked me on stage, I had absolutely no idea what he was about to do. I felt a little awkward, as I remember thinking it was the Judges turn to talk, not ours,” laughed Jenna.
Down on one knee, Yorke proposed, creating a wave of joy as the judges rushed the stage to celebrate.

“It all became official, when I saw all the judges running on stage, I saw LeAnn and Kate hugging Jenna and I was thrilled when Guy Sebastian came up to us and offered to sing at our wedding!”
Yorke chose a stunning yellow gold solitaire ring featuring a beautiful round brilliant cut diamond from Adelaide jeweller Gerard McCabe.

“I remember thinking, don’t lose the ring. I had it in my pocket all day and I was nervous it was going to fall out on stage, or that I would lose it!“ he said.
Yorke said the local jeweller helped him get the perfect ring ready for his time on The Voice.
Gerard McCabe Co-Managing Director Jessica Moran expressed her excitement for Yorke and Jenna as they embark on this exciting chapter in both their relationship and their music careers.
“It has been a joy to work with Yorke in selecting the perfect engagement ring for Jenna. We are thrilled to be part of their love story,” she added.
