WA border restrictions ease

Western Australian’s outside of the designated lockdown zone will be able to enter SA on the proviso that they isolate until they receive a negative result on their day one test, and follow through with day five and 12 tests.

South Australia Police have announced immediate restrictions changes for the Western Australia border.

Western Australian’s outside of the designated lockdown zone will be able to enter SA on the proviso that they isolate until they receive a negative result on their day one test, and follow through with day five and 12 tests.

Anyone who is currently in South Australia in self-quarantine from Western Australia, who has not been in areas currently under lockdown, provided they have received a day one negative COVID-19 test result, are free to leave quarantine immediately.

They must however, continue to have the day 5 and day 12 COVID-19 tests.

Anyone who is a returning South Australian resident, or genuinely relocating to South Australia or fleeing Domestic Violence, who has not been in the areas currently under lockdown in Western Australia, must also receive a day one negative COVID-19 test result before leaving quarantine.
