A one-night-only dining event is set to bring premium wagyu and sweeping vineyard views together at Vale Restaurant and Bar this May as part of Tasting Australia presented by Journey Beyond.
Held on Friday 15 May from 6 to 9pm, the Wagyu Feast will showcase all the beautiful richness and texture of wagyu beef across a carefully curated menu. Think long tables, sunset glistening off wine glasses, and the mouthwatering aroma of beautifully cooked, marbled wagyu beef. Plus, it’s all happening in the divine Vale Restaurant and Bar dining room, with floor to ceiling views of sprawling Beresford Estate vines.
Guests will be welcomed with a drink on arrival before settling in for a dining experience serving up the prized cut in a variety of forms. Each course will be paired with seasonal South Australian produce.
The $150 per person ticket includes a five-course dinner and a welcome drink. Additional beverages will be available to purchase on the night, featuring a selection from the Bickford’s portfolio, including Vale Brewing, Beresford Estate wines, and 23rd Street Distillery spirits.
The event is open to guests aged 12 and over and can cater to coeliac dietary requirements.
