My Kitchen Rules (MKR) has just announced that applications are now open for the next season of the hit cooking show.
Here at Glam, we love to see a South Australian success story so if you and a partner are passionate about a particular cuisine, love cooking, entertaining, fun and adventure then MKR is the place for you.
The Seven Network is looking for home cooks who are keen to test their skills on the new season of My Kitchen Rules.
Manu Feildel will helm the return of the brand new show coming to Channel 7 and 7Plus in 2022.
Manu will be joined at the head of the table by one of the world’s biggest food stars as they judge a new batch of passionate home cooks.
It’s state versus state as the beloved competition goes back to its original recipe – real people cooking real food, in their own homes, serving love on a plate to the judges and their fellow contestants.

To be a part of this experience of a lifetime both team members muscat be at least 18 years of age, an Australian citizen or permanent resident, plus you’ll need to upload one recent photo of you and your teammate together.
