Tasting Australia and San Remo are giving aspiring junior chefs the chance to win a place in the San Remo Junior Pasta Challenge cook-off.
The top three entrants will have the chance to cook-off in a mystery box pasta challenge judged by Adelaide based celebrity chef Adam Swanson.
Entries are now open.
Ian Parmenter, Festival Director said that this competition is the perfect way for kids with a passion for cooking being given a platform to showcase their skills.
“We are urging adults to encourage kids they know who are keen cooks to enter, showing us their culinary creativity with pasta,” said Ian Parmenter.
The winner will take home $500 cash, a special Master Class session by Adam Swanson for their school, dinner for four at his restaurant and some fantastic San Remo kitchen products.
